The room was small, so we did end up upgrading and it was perfect once we had done so. The pool was lovely, didn’t expect it to be deep so that was a pleasant surprise considering how small it is. The reception staff were kind and the room service was absolutely incredible.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, our 4th time back. The hotel is in such a fantastic location, the food selection for dinner and breakfast was superb. Everything is clean and the decor is fresh and light. The thing for me though was the staff. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond. The entertainment throughout the day such as the guitar player, the DJ decks and the singers in the evening. I want to personally name some of the staff, especially as a couple of them remembered us from last time but I am unable to remember their names. Will be returning in the future, not a bad thing to say. P.s. the mojitos from the poor bar are the best I've ever tasted!!
