Good location for where we like to be. Views amazing. Building looks a little bit tired from the outside but I can’t fault our apartment. Very clean and well equipped

Cozy apartment with a very spacious living room. The panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea is wonderful. The glazed front can be opened wide. In the morning and evening seagulls and pallid swifts fly by at eye level. The Object is well equipped (induction stove, washing machine, microwave, TV etc.) and suitable for a longer stay. The location is top. The promenade and the beach are practically on the doorstep. Numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The high-rise itself was built in 1973 and reminds architecturally a bit of Art Deco. The staff of the real estate company that manages the property is very friendly. We (3 people) enjoyed the stay. Recommendable.
