The quietness of the place. The view was nice. Access to the pool. Convenient parking spot. All appliances available. It was super clean and well kept inside. We appreciated the welcome gift and the hosts recommendations.

The property was amazing, it as everything you need, I loved the shower, The bed was so big and comfortable The owner was very friendly and welcoming, Ana the lady that runs the building is very nice too, she keeps the building very clean inside and out.

Location is not beachfront as stated but about 15 mins from beach and shops it’s a lovely clean apartment with everything you need and bonus was in old Town of Benidorm hosts Maria and Peter was there on arrival although language barrier we got through it
