Please note, key collection will take place at calle Lérida nº4 in Benidorm from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Please note, Guest will have to call, half an hour before their arrival at the apartment so we can make the key delivery.
Please note, Guest willl be charged, for late check-in a plus of €20 in cash from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and €50 from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays €20 until 10 p.m. and €50 from 10 p.m.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect for families, paid for later check out, all staff very helpful, location great, we had a 2, 3 and 4 year old with us, and layout in apartment was great, would recommend xxx

Location was perfect as was meeting other people who were on holiday in the area. Very clean and quiet, no noise whatsoever. Amazing views on my floor, which was 23, even got to see a bit of levante beach. Maria the host met me at the front of the apartments and was very pleasant. Balcony door was a bit difficult to open/close but Maria arranged for this to be corrected. Everything is going up in price including accommodation. I was happy with what I paid for this apartment. Oh the bed was also very comfortable. Nice little welcome pack with washing up liquid, scouring pad, dish cloth and a dishwasher tablet and soap powder for 1 wash cycle.

Was a great location next to shops, cafes, and walking distance to strip and beach, apartment where clean and good for what I payed, sisters locked themselfs out 1 day and left keys inside lady came swiftly and was nice about it, the grounds where lovely just ashame couldn't use outdoor pool
