The apartment is lovely - very clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen is superb, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent. The balcony is spacious and has both a good eating area and a comfortable sitting area. The complex is lovely, with pretty gardens and good swimming pools - sadly all closed due to drought during our visit. Its location, on the steep hillside between the popular coastal strip and the quaint old town of Benalmadena, means that a hire car is essential. However, it suits us very well. Its very peaceful out of season, and there is one restaurant within walking distance. We love the old town, with its range of shops, cafes and restaurants.... although finding somewhere to park there can be quite a challenge!
