Everything was perfect, the very warm welcome from Marcela, the beautiful rooms with every attention to detail and the ideal location for a short walk into the lively historic town.

All the facilities were spotless and everything you needed was on offer in the rooms and in the kitchen. There are sitting areas outside and car parking on the street out front. The hosts are very helpful and friendly..

This is a great location on the edge of town.. With a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room to make you feel at ease.. The town is easy to walk around with places of interest like the Castle, the Jewish quarter and many little parks throughout.. It is very central also if you are interested in the 12 castle town circuit.. Very nice farms and orchards just coming into autumn colours at the moment.. The hosts Marcela and Ricardo are very friendly and helpful and always loving to meet new people.. Languages Spoken : Portuguese, French, English and learning German.. The Serra de Estrella mountains are just to the east of Belmonte with the fresh air and views from the top, invigorating!
