We were able to walk downtown to watch the Candy Cane Lane parade, which saved the hassle of driving and/or Uber. It was a 20-minute walk, and nice to look at the lights of the city. Great location for that!

Actually, didn't explore the facilities at all as the stay was short. Like all the extra electrical outlets attached to the light stands; but all not in working order. It so happened that my cel. phone didn't charge overnight and I noticed it early in the morning and moved it to another outlet.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. The room was large enough and provided everything I needed (iron and ironing board, hair-drier, desk + chair, hangers). The bed, pillow and duvet were very comfortable and I slept very well. The blackout curtains worked well.
