We had another hotel cancel on us last minute and had to book here. The staff here were so welcoming and helpful, they really turned a bad situation for us into a positive for us. Excellent facilitates for a great price with breakfast included. Bonus points for the amazing pancake machine.

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Reception staff were warm and friendly on arrival after a stressful jouney from the UK, and continued to be helpful whenver we needed them. Bedroom (room 308) was impeccably clean, nice large bed and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Decent shower with plenty of power and hot water. Great location to get over the river for the Bengals. The $1 shuttle bus that links Newport to Covington via downtown Cincinnati every 15 minutes was a welcome surprise (it stops directly outside the hotel) - they really should mention this in the hotel facilities as it was a real bonus. Reasonable breakfast with plenty of choice.
