The host is amazing ! If you have any problems or requests for sure the host will help you. She makes our stay much easier and comfortable The place is very clean. Location is very good, near ferry station, around 4 min, to get to the center or another cities around Como lakes which makes sightseeing easier

Villa Lilla is a beautiful, new villa in a lovely position. It was clean to a very high standard and had a lovely new kitchen, bathrooms, and a cool wine cellar. The hot water for the showers was excellent and enough for four people to use for leisurely showers and no one got any cold water which was great! The rooms are big and the air conditioning is excellent. The pool was the cleanest pool we have EVER used. It was immaculate and was checked and cleaned every day also. The sunbeds and gardens were private and very well maintained. The kitchen offers a new washing machine and dishwasher which was amazing and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. We rented a boat from Bellagio Boat Hire, just a five mins walk from the villa and had the most wonderful time on the lake, taking in all the sights, swimming in the water and enjoying having a nosey at George Clooneys mansion! The position of the villa means you can get a quick taxi to Bellagio and we thoroughly enjoyed every night out that we had. Eugenie the owner helped us with every restaurant booking and taxi booking, she was AMAZING! She got us the best tables in every restaurant and bar and we were so so grateful to her, she made the holiday 5* ! We will definitely go back.

So beautiful! Perfect for a group or a family. The villas is clean, modern and homey. The rooms are big and the property is well stocked. The hosts are especially hospitable and accommodating. They made our stay extra special through all the extra touches, were in constant communication and even helped us plan some of our trip with recommendations. Truly one of the best experiences we had.

Amazing villa, super recommended! I spent a wonderful relaxing holiday with my wife. The house is extremely comfortable, everything is new and every detail is curated with care, the large swimming pool and garden were all private for us. Rooms are spacious with garden, pool, and lake view. Bathrooms are comfortable both with shower. Giulio the host gave us a lot of useful suggestions on restaurants and what to do, he was very kind with us. The location is 3 minutes walk from the lovely San Giovanni downtown and 5-10 minutes by ferry or little nice train or bus from Bellagio (or 15 minutes walk). We’ll come back in autumn for the beautiful foliage!
