Absolutely everything! It was peaceful, stunning location, stunning room and Francoise couldn’t have done any more for us. She gave us lots of suggestions, recommended amazing restaurants (and booked our reservations for them), provided us with a feast for breakfast each morning and we had some lovely conversations. We cannot wait to come back!

We spent two wonderful nights at The Iconic Lodge and loved every moment. The place is beautifully designed: luxurious, calm, and full of charm. Françoise, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive. As an interior designer, she not only created a beautifully curated space but also shared her collection of design books with us, a generous and inspiring touch as we plan our future home. Breakfast in the garden was tasteful and relaxing (nothing like enjoying a perfect croissant surrounded by beauty and calm!). On her tip, we also dined at Lu&Ca, a nearby osteria where we had the best gnocchi al gorgonzola and a divine steak. The Iconic Lodge is a true gem, made even more special by Françoise’s warm welcome and her great tips for exploring Bellagio and the beautiful villages nearby.
