We were met at the location after 8:30pm. He showed us everything. We had a problem with hot water late at night. He responded immediately. A plumper arrived early the next morning, all fixed. The location is amazing Highly recommend this place

The apartment was great for our 2 nights in Bellagio. A short uphill walk from the ferry, clean, great shower and bed plus washing machine. Very comfortable.
