Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed the stay. Even though we loved the location because of the views and how calm it was, be aware that it’s a 20 minute walk to the town’s center. Still, it was really worth it and we’d really recommend it

Luisa's House is an excellent choice for those looking to stay near Lake Como without the high prices typically found in Bellagio. While it’s not located directly in Bellagio, the walk to the village is manageable, and San Giovanni offers a charming, quieter alternative to the busier towns around the lake. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were especially pleased that the sofa bed was made up upon our arrival, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough crockery and utensils, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals using ingredients from the nearby supermarkets.
