Everything was lovely and top except the parking as the charge per hour or day is too much especially that the hotel is 5 stars I believe it would be great to offer free parking. The rest was great 👌🏾 I recommend it

Title: Great Location, Friendly Service – A Hotel with Potential I stayed at the Metropol Palace in Belgrade for a few days and overall had a good experience. This hotel has a lot of potential and offers many positives, but also a few areas that could use improvement. First of all, the location is excellent – within walking distance of many of Belgrade’s major sights, great restaurants, and shopping areas. It's a great base for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The bar and restaurant in the hotel also deserve a mention – they offer a good selection of food and drinks in a stylish setting. My room was clean and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the generous supply of free bottled water, which was replenished regularly. That small touch made a big difference. However, there were some downsides in terms of housekeeping. Unfortunately, used towels were not replaced, and toilet paper was not restocked, which I wouldn't expect from a hotel of this category. It seemed like some attention to detail was missing in the daily room service. Despite these minor issues, I believe the Metropol Palace has a lot going for it. With a bit more consistency in room maintenance, it could easily live up to its full potential. I would consider staying here again, especially because of the excellent location and friendly atmosphere.
