I liked the check-in process. It won't fit everyone, but it was fun to pay in cash using a post box and recording it on video in order to get a code from a keys box. It was a small quest. Fortunately, the camera recorded how we threw the money to the box.

We had a wonderful time at Balkan Dream. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy.
