The house, or as they call it, the studio, was very clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is a free parking spot right in front of the house, and the gate can be closed. There are security cameras overlooking the yard, and I honestly love it. It's always a bit odd having to worry about an unknown neighbourhood and/or potentially mean strangers lurking around your car. Some may complain about the aeroplane noises, but I enjoyed it. I'm an avgeek, I could say. We are near the airport, it's only a 5-7 minute drive. Keep this in mind if you prefer a quieter environment. Airplane flybys will reduce after 22/23h depending on the day and month, so plan accordingly.
