The room was as expected and as was the shared kitchen. It was all clean and towels etc were provided. With few students the area was quite. The central reception area provided a lovely very modern place to sit. The location was in easy reach to the Botanic gardens and Botanic Avenue for eating, and only a short walk further (15 mins) into the centre of town.

Staff was very friendly, I had trouble finding my accommodation, they made checking in and getting to where I was staying a breeze.
