The rooms were spotless, great communication from the owner and quick response when we had questions over parking. Ample parking available on street. Good selection for breakfast, 25 min walk into the city which is a nice walk by the river. Shared bathrooms were clean, but it can be a long wait in the morning for bathrooms.

Booked to attend a concert in ormeau park Very close and easy to walk to. Lots of breakfast options in the kitchen. Good contact via email and what's app by the host.. Very Clean
