Guests found to be violating this rule will be asked to leave and the security deposit will not be returned.The property has a strict non-party policy. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged.The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.Guests must be 18 years of age , or accompanied by a responsible adult.No arrivals are accepted prior to 14:00. If you expect to arrive after 20.00, Please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Reception hours are from 08.00 until 20.00, however concierge is available 24 hours a day.Pets are allowed for an additional fee of GBP 50.This building is a self check in service by Keycafé, the day of arrival you will need to contact our reception team to receive a code via text or email to collect your keys at the lock box. The apartment was okay. It was clean and within walking distance of most places, which I enjoyed.

The location was excellent. The rooms were big and spacious. After reading some reviews I was a bit worried but we realised there were two locations in Belfast. We stayed in the Lisburn Road and it was perfect. Deposit was returned in full the day after we left. To avoid any hassle with check in I was in contact with reception a few days before and paid the deposit and gave proof of ID in advance. We received the codes via email the morning of check-in there was no problem at all with check in.
