Very quaint courthouse accommodation in a Hutong. Adds to feeling homely and an authentic Beijing experience. Mark is very friendly and helpful and the staff are great. Very clean and tidy. Great location.

Charming location and traditional architecture. Close to two metro stops, restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet. Very helpful staff with great English.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Mark was always on hand to suggest ideas. The location was the best-right in the heart of a hatong. I woke up early, at 6am and went for a walk, to see ordinary people getting ready for their day. People got to know me after a couple of days and they would react. Perfect start to my trip!

Kelly’s had a wonderful atmosphere and Alex the manager was always available to help with directions and much needed advice. Great communal feel to the inner courtyard and roof. Be aware that the bathrooms are basic and the walls are thin, however this didn’t detract from our stay. It was a lovely sanctuary with restaurants easy to find close by. Short walk to the metro.
