The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The amenities, especially the pool and breakfast, were excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!

The concierge was so helpful especially Aron who went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. All the bar lobby staff especially Cathy were so welcoming and helpful. The environment was beautiful and the spa and pool facilities were amazing. Check out was a breeze.

Great property, Casalingo restaurant was a standout! The JW buffet late in the evening was a disappointment. We’ve learnt a reservation at 8 was too late for the best value! Staff all round were exceptional, attentive but not intrusive.

It was a lovely hotel the staff were great, breakfast was awesome. The locations wasn’t as central as what we thought it was to the main area of Beijing. However we booked a room with a balcony for the reason of being able to use it and to be told on check in day that we can’t go outside on the balcony. I later checked my emails to find an email that had been sent 24hours before check in informing me that we couldn’t use the balcony… I get the reasons for this but it wasn’t just a once off it’s always the case that you can’t use them so why not have that stated when you book it. Quite disappointing to pay extra for something you couldn’t use.
