The staff were incredibly chill, helpful, always smiling, and spoke very good English. They really went out of their way to take care of us. The hotel is only 15 minutes from Universal Studios and there are plenty of local restaurants in the nearby streets. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
