The fine print
When booking more than 3 rooms, the cancellation policy will be semi-flexible. This means that 50% of the total amount will be charged upon booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival. Modifications or cancellations can be made up to 7 days before arrival. Please note that the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful. We booked a boat experience with the front desk and he came down to make sure we were all sorted, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also really good with lots of variety and the location was so close to the town square, cafes and shops which we loved. We also found a great track walk down to the beach, so it ticked all boxes for us.

We love Alta House, we have stayed there a few times . Staff are lovely especially Angela on Reception, pool area is super and the location is fantastic.

Beautifully designed hotel. Very well located to explore the picturesque town as well as being close enough to drive to some of the most scenic beaches. Perfect breakfast included and a stunning rooftop bar!
