The rooms have been freshly decorated and are very modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Due to going in the heatwave there was a fan in the corner of the room and that was a life saver as the rooms were very warm. Shower was absolutely fine.

Convenient location walking distance to most things in Bedford. We were attending the Bedford Park Festival. Parking. Reasonably comfortable. Nice welcome pack.

all staff are very friendly the restaurant great with fresh produce and food great both English and Thai 5 star food in my eyes
