The location is beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. The room was clean and there was a welcome message and complimentary water and snacks upon arrival, which was a great touch

Excellent location by the river. Great walks. Dog welcome in all areas of the hotel and well provided for in the room. Staff warmed up to us over the three days. Receptionist personally picked up our paper every day. Chef made a very good effort to provide alternate vegetarian food. Very good breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Good shower.
