Beautiful house and surroundings. Room was large and bright and clean. Rowena, our hostess, could not have been more welcoming. We were well placed to explore the New Forest which we did on foot, on bikes and in our car.

Lovely house and perfect location for Beaulieu and national park walks. Our room was very comfortable and Karen looked after us.

Different to other bed & breakfast that ive stayed at. Very welcoming & friendly. Mixing for breakfast with other guests, around a large island, was very interesting.

The breakfast was exceptional fresh fruit lovely coffee Rowena couldn't do enough for you lovely chatting to other guest over breakfast and finding new places and restaurants which other quests had visited
