Effective 01st August 2023, The Seychelles Government has implemented a levy with the aim to reinforce the Island's commitment to a greener and more sustainable future. Tourists will be levied an amount of SCR 100 per adult, per night with payment taken directly at the Resort. Children under 12 will be exempt from the levy.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We stayed at STORY Seychelles for the final days of our holiday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We were offered a late check-out due to our evening flight, which was a huge help. The restaurants serve high quality food (7 restaurants is a big plus), and the hotel’s location in the heart of Beau Vallon at the beach is ideal. The interior design is beautiful, with great attention to detail throughout. The spa facilities are excellent; I had one of the best massages I've ever experienced. After islandhopping, this was the perfect, relaxing way to end our trip. Highly recommended!

They credited me with the cost of the first night which we could not make due to massive flight delays - was very good of them. But made check-in tough as took ages. The Japanese restaurant is very good. Trader Vic food is not brilliant, and wine choice was a disaster in that they hardly had any wine. Staff friendly.

The breakfast was good - didn’t realise you could also order from a breakfast menu until 2 days later as nobody told us - service was a bit slow ie finished breakfast when pot of tea arrived but basically a nice breakfast with friendly staff. Location was at the far end of the beach so a nice walk along to various restaurants.
