We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

We loved the location; the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The service and the food were very nice too. It was a perfect way for us to celebrate our anniversary. For sure we will come back!

The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

The room itself was just unbelievable, honestly. Nothing like i have stayed at before, so unique. Every room has a different theme. Above that, its huge, massive bathroom, massive balcony with a great view, sauna in the balcony. Most importantly the service.. everything in the fridge and in the room is on the house (and there is plenty), first time seen such a thing. Above that they refill it everyday. And the way they serve breakfast in a basket every morning in your room, just great!
