If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5€ per pet, per night per apartment applies.We acept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg. Arrivals are via safes. For more information please contact us on 33 5 59 59 11 77 (from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). The apartments are available from 3 p.m.Please note that during high season, from July 2nd to August 31st, 2025 inclusive the reception is open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM until 13:00 PM and from 2:00 PM until 17:30 PM. The reception is closed on Sunday.
During low season, the reception is closed. Arrivals will be made via 'safes' from 3pm.
Guests planning to arrive outside these hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per night per apartment applies. We accept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg.

The location is extremely central. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The guy who helped us at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

A great central location close to restaurants and cafes and the historic sights of Bayonne. The apartment was comfortable and furnished to a high spec with elevator access. There is a recycling point directly outside for rubbish.

Great location, clean, good communication with the company, clear instructions, and no problem with check-in. We had the Duplex with Terrace on the very top, so no noise complaints. The apartment could definitely use some touch up, but otherwise everything you would need is there.
