The hotel in the center of Batumi, near to everything, which is nice because you can go by walk to every side of the city. Casino service very slow and sometimes the staff do not have patience. service is ok .

The staff is so friendly and cooperative. They checked me in earlier and also extended my checkout to make it convenient with my train. Facilities were amazing and it was an amazing vacation!

I like the attitude of the front desk staff/receptionist. They are really helpful, especially the male manager of the front desk area. He is really kind, approachable, and always keeping his smile all throughout the day. Really professional. Thank you.
