Property is well maintained, clean and functional. The location is great, close to the beach and the center of the town.

Location of the hotel is excellent! In the middle of Batumi, far from skyscrapers and close to the old town. Everything is in walkable distance. Very friendly staff and good breakfasts!

Spacious and sunny room. The bath room was incredible, especially the water pressure in the shower booth. The hotel is located near the center on a quite street.
