Location in quiet area but still very close to the city center with many shops 24/7 nearby. Nice & comfy bedroom with AC and refrigerator- especially important in August :-). Additional benefit was the balcony, but the view was not spectacular. Breakfasts were very tasty and the view from dining room was very nice (8th floor).
