Like the environment & scenery of the Batu Ferringhi location. Dislike the insect inside the home stay room & wash room. Found ant & charlie insect. Need improvement for pest control.

Near to the Escape Penang, market (sugo village), pasar malam, restaurant and beach (Batu Feringghi). All complete - kitchen utensils, hair dry, towel, shampoo. View nice from all bedroom and balcony (Level 18)

The location was perfect for us. Close to the public beach, lots of places to eat and a really good grocery store. Spacious apartment and we loved that there where fans so we could switch off the AC. I'd say it was a standard Malaysian apartment/home, if you're expecting the standard of a 5-star hotel you should stay at one. But if you're looking for a roomy place that leaves you with more spending money this is perfect.
