A unique place to stay, well equipped and very warm with the log burner. The most comy beds. Really lovely owner who was very helpful. I think with a few tweaks the property would be excellent. A list with all the instructions for the barge and where items are stored would be helpful as we had to try and remember everything.

We was very lucky with the weather so the surroundings / scenery were beautiful and very peaceful. My son loved to keep the fire going. Everything is catered for ie. towels for the shower, well stocked items in the fridge and cupboards.

The host was very committed to ensuring that we had had all of the information we needed for a comfortable stay and the barge was roomy with a great selection of books to browse.
