Absolutely fantastic little but not so little establishment. Beautiful grounds. I’m high end finishing in property. Lots of extras in there from the cutlery to fan, to iron and loads of other things we didn’t expect. Absolutely fantastic and will stop again.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage was spotless with everything you could think of to hand. Beautiful furniture and artwork and it felt so comfortable and homely. It was a perfect stay for us with our dogs. The hot tub was fantastic and the easy access to Bath centre was perfect. A truly wonderful stay.

Great location, easy access to Bath centre, and great pub at end of the road, but quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. A real home from home, lovely touches thought through with regard to decor and equipment, food basics in and Kate, the host met us with some fresh provisions, and was so welcoming. Hot tube was fabulous and a real bonus of the property. Thank you.

We were met at the property by the owner and was given a personal tour of the facilities. We found everything we needed in the property from robes and flip flops to tea and coffee but the owner was easily contactable, if there should have been a need. Location was perfect and had multiple options for the trip into town. Loved it here and would definitely stay again and would recommend x
