The staff were outstanding. Polite , friendly and efficient. A pleasure to speak to. The location is very good also. A lovely walk all along the river takes you right into the centre of Bath

Excellent location near harbour,large free car park. Lovely character building excellent facilities. Lovely quiet room and garden. Very dog friendly. Just the best freshly cooked to order breakfast ever. Would highly recommend a stay here

Friendly, helpful staff, well equipped rooms, very clean, usb plugs both sides of the bed, walk in shower and the balcony over looking the river Avon
