Friendly and welcoming owner who organised a parking permit for the duration of our stay (very much appreciated) and provided an information booklet of local establishments and attractions. Great location within walking distance of the city and the canal. Well-equipped kitchenette and loads of toiletries and loo paper. Being below street level, the room stayed cool (lovely in the current hot weather). Plenty of natural light coming from the door and window, so it didn’t feel like a bunker.

Emma is a very responsive and accommodating host. She is also a talented artist! We greatly appreciated her help with a slightly later checkout, after getting up at 3 am on Sunday to drive to Stonehenge for a Sunrise visit. Thank you Emma! The Art Studio is a compact well organised studio perfectly located close to everything in Bath. We enjoyed our two night stay and would have loved to stay longer. Some issues with plumbing but minor. Bath in general struggles with wi-fi connectivity. However we weren't there for that reason! Thanks Emma. Good luck with the artwork. !
