The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything about the property was great it was set in a perfect location and the property had everything you would need for a short stay, we used the cottage as a base for the weekend as we were getting married in bath and it was perfect

This cottage was spectacular. It had all the comfort and amenities we could ever ask for. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the location was fabulous. The private parking is such a valuable commodity for being close to the center of Bath (only a 15 minute walk to the Abbey). The grounds are just beautiful with lots of flowers and greenery. There are even live plants hanging around inside the cottage. We appreciated the washing machine and used it with success. The living room has reclining chairs that we napped in because they are so comfortable. We took walks along the canal right next to the property and even helped a narrow boat go through some of the locks. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we never heard anyone at the "manor house" on the property. We were hopeful that it would be a nice place based on the pictures and reviews, but it completely exceeded our expectations. Really, this was a fantastic place and if it's available for your dates, book it now!

Very comfortable. Also with the weather soaring to great heights and then dropping again suddenly overnight, this property was excellent: cool during the heatwave and then the automatic heating kicked in to keep the temperature pleasant when the outside temp dropped unexpectedly. All modern conveniences available, well equipped kitchen and I really enjoyed using the secret door. If you like your daily yoga practice/pilates etc, the landing upstairs is ideal - with lovely views to boot! The parking is an absolute boon in Bath and much appreciated.
