The majority of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They needed to be, as they were handling a high volume of guests and a lot of issues! The bed was comfortable (nice firm mattress), the blackout curtains were very welcome. The a/c was able to cool the room on a hot day. Preferable to a Travelodge/Premier Inn.

Staff were friendly, the room was fresh, as was the bedding. Floors could have been a bit cleaner. Room had good air conditioning and was very airy. Breakfast was included and was good. Could have done with some different kinds of eggs, as scrambled contain dairy. Overall I had a great stay. Paid slightly more money due to it being a last minute booking.

Lovely clean hotel and the staff were very accommodating. Food is delicious for breakfast and a good location in the city.
