Didn’t get off to the best start when key not in key safe and phone numbers provided out of date, although quickly remedied. This is someone’s home and the v lengthy ‘what you can / can’t do’ list that comes straight after booking was a bit over the top. Putting a bottle of shower gel in the shower shouldn’t be too much to ask, however, none there so had to go to shops to purchase before I could shower (it’s the small things that make a stay good as opposed to just OK), then receiving an email at 8.45 am the day I was checking out to ‘remind me’ that I need to check out, was, again, a little OTT. Really did feel we were inconveniencing the property owner by staying at their place, rather than welcomed. Nicer, more welcoming places to stay in Bath for the money (I go to Bath often as son lives there).

Location near town and felt safe. Apartment very clean and well kept. Kitchen facilities just right for what I needed. Comfortable bed.

Great location in Bath. Easy to find, parking nearby! Cosy and had everything we needed for our short stay.
