Perfect, easily accessible and just a short pleasant walk to the main sites,great modern bathroom and stylish Victorian bedroom. Welcoming and very helpful owners. The provision of a small fridge would give it a 10 out of 10

The twin bedroom in the basement was just gorgeous. It was beautiful decorated and the presentation of the bed was lovely. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the bed was amazing comfortable. The location was a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bath. We throughly enjoyed our stay here.
