Short walk into Bath town centre, parking onsite and delicious breakfast. All the staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable with a great view over the city.

The location was excellent, warm and welcoming. Really helpful as recommended places to go and where to eat in Bath. The room had everything we needed. They even supplied me with an iron and ironing board which was really helpful.

Great location with parking on the fringe of the central city. Rooms are fresh and comfortable. Service is fabulous, and breakfast offers a wide array of choices prepared to the highest standard (and delicious)!

The staff were welcoming . The house was clean and inviting. The room was a little on the small side but it had everything we needed in it. The breakfast choices were brilliant and not what you usually see in other B&B’s and were cooked to order. The property is in a great location for walking into Bath but is uphill going back so be prepared! A short walk to Alexandra park is worth it as the lookout point has an amazing view over Bath.The parking is also great as alot of places don’t have it and paying to park works out quite expensive. Overall a lovely B & B.
