Slots are one hour each and can be booked at reception on arrival.If you have made a non-refundable booking, Apex will send a secure link via email and SMS, if a valid mobile number has been provided. Please complete the pre-payment using this secure link. This link is only valid for 24 hours, if payment is not received within this time, your reservation will be cancelled.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The Spa facilities & cleanliness. We complained that despite paying over £700 for a two night stay, they tried to charge us another £30 for bath robes to go into the Spa, the Manager did actually bother to follow this up.
