Clean and very tidy. Communication with the trustee was very good. Close to Batehaven shops- easy 5 min walk. Fun playground opposite the shop fronts on Beach road. Nice flat walk into town from Batehaven if you enjoy walking.

The location was unrel the house was beautiful and clean and felt like home we honestly didn't want to leave.
