On arrival we phoned the hosts who arrived within minutes. Erique and Noela gave us such a warm personal welcome , they undoubtedly loved the house and gave us a very moving family history of the house . The property was very private , spacious and comfortable. Lovely garden with herbs and grapes amongst the flora . The swinming pool was a godsend especially as the area was experiencing a heatwave . I could use many superlatives to describe the property which can comfortably cater for 8 people but i won't , simply because however wonderful this holiday home is , what i will never forget were Erique and Noela .They could not do enough for us .They showed genuine warmth and friendship with a very personal touch . I managed to lose my wallet in a supermarket carpark . Any tourists nightmare ! Especially awful as we had planned a vinyard \ caves visit with Erique and Noela .We had no luck tracking the wallet but Erique did .It had been handed in to a police station in a nearby village . I was then driven to collect the wallet by Noela . Thankyou so much , you were over and above any Hosts i have ever met and also full of fun . Circumstances allowing we will come back . A wonderful holiday and thoroughly recommended .
