The fine print
Please note that bookings for the Gallery Restaurant should be made directly with the Hotel at the time of accommodation booking. The restaurant is extremely popular and tables cannot be guaranteed.Please note that the restaurant is fully booked on New Year's Eve.We will be extending and refurbishing our Garden Room from 20th February to late April. Unfortunately, there will be disruption during this period to the front of the hotel.Guests will still be able to dine in the Gallery Restaurant.Our usual views will unfortunately be disrupted during this time.Please do contact us should you have any questions. We are excited to share the changes when they are complete for our guests’ future enjoyment.

Set in an amazing setting overlooking chatsworth , short walk from the terrace and your into the beautiful estate. Everything oozes class , might cost bit more , but certainly worth every penny , we loved and found our perfect getaway

Quality and luxury experience Good staff and good professional standards. Room was great, lovely views over the Chatsworth estate Peaceful and serene. Good breakfast selection included Anniversary meal tastefully celebrated. Not rushed at meals Good quality food locally sourced Access to Chatsworth estate without driving. Farm Shop nice walk. Good facilities. Helpful folder

The Cavendish never fails to delight! The view is breathtaking and a short walk across that beautiful view and you are at Chatsworth House, couldn't be easier. Also the Chatsworth Farm Shop only a 5 minute drive away, such lovely things to buy and access to all. The building/place has character (clearly once and old Coaching Inn), rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Food is delicious, breakfast to die for, service excellent. Reception and front of house staff always eager to help and please, indeed having enquired about a particular painting hanging opposite reception, I was swiftly provided with details of the painting and the artists website. Lovely thoughtful touches, loved staying here, thoroughly recommend it.
