Not amazing not bad,first of all this is good apartment with good view,good location and free parking.Yes not new,but mine opinion Baska Voda,Brela are overpriced locations,nothing WAU,because after Baska we had stay near Dubrovnik cheaper and better and newier. About living,lets say they need to change old plates,coffe making machine is out of this world,but we brought coffe in the market and survived,telling this because the vine and beer was main drink,not coffe,but if you are dreaming about amazing coffe cup in terrase forget and dream better about beer.Yes this flat was good,was in the begining,now he needs a hand and some money and will be fine.

Very nice apartment very closed to the center of the town and to the beaches. Nice quiet place, very nice terrace, two bathrooms, nice friendly owners, easy comunication, clean place, a wine from the owner, simply, there is not a weak point at all ! We can fully recommend !
