Westholme didn’t want for anything, it was just perfect for us and we wished we could have stayed longer. Spotlessly clean and it had everything we could have wished for…even a hot tub! It was an ideal place for walking and exploring eg Bowes Museum, Hamsterley Forest, Raby Castle, Park and Gardens, High force waterfall etc, etc just to mention a few.

Everything was excellent... Bottle of wine , milk and some beer in the fridge and a complmentary box of chocolates... The place has absolutely everything to make you feel at home!!! The owners could not be more helpful.... We will definitely be back....

The property and location are great, a real home from home. Everything was fresh and spotlessly clean. The owners left a welcome basket along with tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets etc. to get us started. The kitchen was very well equipped and has everything needed should you want to self cater.

Property was in a great location for walks and local beauty spots. House was nicely decorated, very clean and with good facilities. Hot tub was well managed and a bonus.
