Great location, free on-street parking, lovely staff at check-in. We used our room literally to sleep in as we were attending an event at the Witham nearby, and it met our needs.

We had a one night stay over the room was lovely, clean and the staff were really welcoming and helpful.

The room was a little unclean, very dusty behind units, kettle was filthy we had to clean it down before use. Just a little more attention needed The staff were incredible and extremely hospitable and we did like the place overall. We will return in the future.

They do not do breakfast. It is a budget hotel, we got what we expected.
