The fine print
- The damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 200. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings.
- Check-in after 19:00 has an extra cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 have an extra cost of €50.
- It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time.
- Please inform The White Flats Les Corts in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building. - For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor.

We liked the location. It is a safe neighborhood and there are a lot of shops and bakeries. You will find everything you need. The metro is very close and the line goes almost everywhere. The property was overall clean. The kitchen had a nespresso coffee machine so it was easy to find the coffee pods. There is an iron and a washing machine. Many people complain about the hot water limit, we did not find that to be a problem, because we didn’t use that much warm water as it was very hot outside. The reception staff is amazing- if the kitchen was lacking something like a cheese grater or trash bags we called them and they brought it to us. The ac is very good, it reaches all the rooms and additionally each room has a fan. As a guest of the restaurant you get a 10% discount in a restaurant nearby that is to DIE for. It’s exclusive but the prices are very reasonable.

Good location on the metro, quiet neighbourhood and generally well appointed furniture. Great to have the terraces to relax for breakfast and in the evening. Was very clean and I really appreciated the flexibility of the hosts
