It's an amazing apartment located just across of the Batllo House and in the middle of everything. It has everything you need and more. The flat is very spacious, clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. I recommend it!

Superb and fascinating location , close to case Batlo , casa Mila , placa cataluniya , close to la ramblas , very safe for all family member also close to all shopping centers/markets even close to barcaloneta beach , barcalona aquarium and zoo, sagrda familia was 15 minutes walking as well anyway location is great. The mini market below the building at the left side is a thief and prices are very expensive but there are other shops vey close and much cheaper. Apartment nice and comfortable everything for nice vacation was there , all what you need is also available ( Fridge, Washing machine , Coffee machine , Microwave , TV , Internet , etc...) the property supplied some cleaning stuff and coffee capsules , disposal bags and so on .... I believe it was more than required. The sound isolation also was fine comparing to other places. bed sheets / pillows clean and mattress comfortable. I had an issues with window blind and it was fixed in no time , the stay unique team had a prompt feedback a place I highly recommend and I will re-use in case I go back to Barcelona

This apartment was absolutely superb. I came to Barcelona for a few days with my daughter with lots to see and do, it was in the perfect location. If you are coming from the airport, the R2 train brings you directly outside within 30mins! The apartment is clean and crisp and we were met so conveniently by the lovely Marina who met us with our keys and showed us in. There is a big key for the main door and up a short lift ride to the apartment on floor 6. The main lobby always had a concierge which gave a nice feeling of security when entering and leaving. Marina showed us the apartment which was well catered with great size bathroom, bedroom and living space. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and even had oil, salt, washing up liquid and bin bags. The apartment was really quiet (as quiet as can be for a central.city location). Marina was available on WhatsApp during our stay and quickly messaged back.any questions and also offered a recommendation for a local restaurant on our first night. The photos were exactly like the flat was. The location was amazing, so useful to be so close to the metro and bus stops for the city, made popping back for lunch really easy.. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for anyone travelling to Barcelona. Thank you
